About Us
The Cobweb Consultant is Steve Loar. I have over 20 years of technology experience. I am both a Microsoft Ceritfied Professional and Brainbench Certified. For most of those years I worked as a consultant for other companies. Usually I would work alone, do the entire project and then move to the next client. After years of this solo work for those other companies, I decided to break out on my own and found my own consulting business.
While I do much of the work alone, I have come to value the expertise of others to create a more successful project. I team with graphic designers, marketers, and technical writers to bring the greatest, subject matter experts into the projects I work on.
